This Travel Planning Research Retainer allows us to work together on your trip in an intentional, no-pressure way—while respecting both your time and mine.

$45/ Per Trip

How It Works:

  • Pay a non-refundable research deposit: This covers my dedicated time to do in-depth, customized research for your trip—whether it’s a complex itinerary, special occasion, or dream trip with lots of moving parts.
  • Unlimited revisions, adjustments, and added details until you’re happy with the proposal: I’m here to refine the details, add options, or adjust plans as much as needed—as long as your intent is to book your trip through me.
  • If you book the final proposal with me—your deposit is fully credited back toward your trip: That means the deposit becomes part of your booking payment (yay perks!). But if you decide not to move forward with the trip or book it elsewhere, the deposit is retained as compensation for my time and expertise.

It includes intensive research, itinerary curation, dining recommendations, local tours, immersive activities, and ongoing revisions until we get it right.
